HOW TO USE CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL
- Improve arthritis pain: Rub 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil on the painful area 3 times/day. After a while, arthritis pain syndrome will gradually decrease.
- Treat flu and colds: Use a steamer or diffuser or drop a few drops of cinnamon essential oil into a bowl of warm water, then cover your head with a towel and steam your face for about 15-20 minutes. This will effectively reduce flu and colds.
- Warm the body, improve sleep: Apply cinnamon essential oil diluted with warm water or base oil on both temples, neck, chest, spine and abdomen.
- Massage, rub, reduce pain, muscle fatigue: Use pure cinnamon essential oil mixed with base oil to rub on the painful area and then massage, massage gently (about 15 - 20 minutes). Reduce belly fat, lose weight effectively.
