Peppermint Essential Oil

Uses:
Clear the nose
Disinfect the air, repel insects
Reduce stress, increase concentration

How to use:
Drop 5 drops into an essential oil diffuser
Drop 1 drop into a cup of hot water to steam your nose, gargle
Drop 5 drops into clean water to clean the house, clean the kitchen

Note:
Mint can easily inhibit the respiratory tract for sensitive subjects such as high blood pressure, pregnant women, children under 6 months old. Do not use mint in a cold steam pot, it can easily cause the body to lose heat due to sweating too quickly

Storage: Tighten the lid after use Store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight
